Sodexo is seeking an experienced Director, Brand Management. The Director, Brand Management will be responsible and accountable for the marketing strategy and brand tactical activities for Priority Brands in North America (e.g. Modern Recipe and/or Kitchen Works) in alignment with NorAm regional growth objectives and global guidelines.
Functionally, the Director, Brand Management leads the marketing strategy for the brand(s) in alignment with our North American business segment portfolio strategies. Segments include Healthcare, Campus, Corporate Services, Seniors, Schools, Sodexo Live! Government & Agencies & Energy and Resources. The executive works collaboratively with Segment Marketing, Sales leaders and Service Operations (SO) and will leverage our Global Key Processes, to ensure that all products are aligned with the company’s business goals, client/consumer needs and deployable across all business dimensions. The ideal candidate is not just an effective leader with an appreciation for organizational behaviors, but also a marketing evangelist and visionary, capable of spotting trends and setting long term brand goals.
