Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and innovative General Manager to lead food service operations for a Corporate Services account in Tampa, FL. This high-profile role calls for a leader who brings creativity, energy, and fresh ideas to elevate the overall workplace dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing daily café, pantry, coffee and catering operations while introducing engaging programs such as pop-ups, themed events, and unique culinary experiences that keep the environment vibrant and evolving. In addition to operational leadership, you will drive financial performance, team development, and strong client partnerships.   • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and bringing fresh ideas to enhance the program
  • Foster a high-energy, customer-focused culture that keeps the operation exciting and continuously evolving

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong background in food service management
  • Proven ability to lead dynamic, high-performing teams and drive cultural and operational transformation
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control experience
  • Demonstrated creativity and passion for developing innovative food programs and events
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills with strong executive presence
  • Solid knowledge of culinary operations, food safety, and sanitation standards, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
