Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager 4 to lead all catering, banquet, and event operations at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut. The Catering Manager 4 will serve as the Catering Director for the account, leading all campus catering, banquet, and event operations. This includes oversight of large-scale banquet facilities, small meeting spaces, and delivery/pick-up meal services. You will guide a dedicated team, ensure flawless event execution, and uphold Sodexo’s standards of excellence across all service touchpoints.
In this high-visibility role, you’ll oversee the strategic planning, seamless execution, and overall success of a wide range of campus events—from small student gatherings to high-profile executive functions. This position requires a collaborative, hands-on leader with strong operational acumen and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in catering, food production, or food service management or a related field
