Why This Role Matters

This is your opportunity to step into a premier culinary leadership role where your daily impact is visible on every plate. As Executive Chef 2, you will have a direct hand in shaping our culinary identity—fostering a culture of accountability and pride in the kitchen, strengthening client satisfaction through exceptional hospitality, and actively developing the next generation of culinary talent.

What You'll Do

  • Culinary Excellence & Innovation: Oversee daily food production, ensuring impeccable presentation, high-quality execution, and the integration of modern, trend-forward corporate menus.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Actively lead, train, and inspire a diverse kitchen team, promoting employee autonomy, mutual respect, and professional growth.

  • Financial & Operational Stewardship: Drive profitability through smart menu engineering, accurate inventory control, and meticulous food waste management.

  • Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain a gold standard in kitchen safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest ServSafe instructional and operational practices are strictly followed.

  • Client & Guest Relations: Engage with corporate clients and guests to gather feedback, tailor service offerings, and ensure a premium, responsive dining experience.
