Role Overview

This is an on-site position.

 

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist to support employees at Hillcrest Medical Center located in the Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • support onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation;
  • maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy;
  • support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives;
  • ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulations;
  • provide excellent customer service to employees and leadership.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare;
  • strong communication and organizational skills;
  • experience with Microsoft Office and computer programs;
  • ability to handle confidential information professionally.
