This role oversees high-volume café operations, executive hospitality, and specialized catering services for the world’s largest HVAC manufacturing facility, cultivating a dynamic food program that reflects the scale and precision of a premier client.

Lead daily operations across multiple corporate dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a consistently elevated guest experience.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships by communicating proactively, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Inspire, develop, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic operational planning.
Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety regulations, and all operational policies across the entire dining program.
