We are currently searching for a Sales Development Representative. This role blends inbound Sales Development with Sales Operations support to help drive pipeline growth while maintaining strong data integrity and operational excellence. The position is responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, supporting the creation of discovery meetings, and upholding high standards of CRM accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.
Working closely with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, this role ensures consistent lead flow, reliable Salesforce data, and smooth, efficient sales execution.
This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Sales Development Responsibilities (50%)
Handle Contact Us form submissions and appropriate routing
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
Partner with Field Sales to nurture qualified opportunities
Maintain Salesforce records related to inbound activity
Sales Operations Responsibilities (50%)
Perform regular Salesforce lead and opportunity hygiene
Support Salesforce opportunity stage validation and clean-up
Perform regular data entry in Salesforce to ensure accurate records.
Process data enrichment requests
Submit account management updates to Finance as needed
