As Sodexo Government Services continues to have the proud pleasure of supporting the Air Force, we are seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to lead the operations at the student training dining facility at Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX. This facility serves about 1800-2000 airmen, soilders, marines, and guardians a day. Under direction of the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will help ensure high standards of food and service while focusing on a culture of employee safety in the workplace. Adhearence to military policies and strict cash handling procedures are a must. This position leads our team in daily/weekly huddles and assists with training and unit audits/inspections. Direct client interaction is expected of all managers at this unit.
