  • Lead daily operations ensuring exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a consistently elevated guest experience.

  • Inspire, develop, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic operational planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety regulations, and all operational policies across the entire dining program.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance menus, service models, and overall program quality in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
