Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic General Manager 4 to lead operations at a high-profile client location in San Antonio, TX. This is a unique opportunity to manage a flagship café environment within a vibrant and fast-paced corporate dining program.

About the Account

This premier location features a diverse and modern food program, including:

  • 5 cafés
  • 2 micro-markets
  • Full-service catering operations

The selected candidate will take ownership of one of the showcase cafés—an exciting venue with 9 distinct stations, including nationally recognized brands such as Subway and Chick-fil-A.

What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you will be the face of the café—driving operational excellence, elevating the guest experience, and inspiring your team every day. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, showcase café
  • Providing hands-on leadership with a strong, visible presence on the floor
  • Managing and developing a team of 1 Culinary Lead, 1 Culinary Supervisor, and 30+ hourly employees
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Building strong client relationships through daily interaction and partnership
  • Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and financial performance for the café
  • Creating an engaged, energized team culture that drives results

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
