Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance – Leominster Campus. This role oversees patient dining, retail, and catering services while ensuring high standards in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
 

In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with - GROWING PLACES: Fitchburg Public Market, Worcester Regional Food Hub & UMass Memorial Health to bring local start ups on site to provide fresh local dining options to our patients, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day culinary operations across patient dining and retail
  • Develop and execute seasonal and patient-focused menus
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Coach, develop, and engage culinary team members
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance the patient and guest experience

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
