Role Overview

 

The Food Service Manager oversees the full guest experience and daily operations of a high‑profile corporate dining program within Sodexo’s White Label model. This role ensures seamless, hospitality‑driven service across all foodservice touchpoints — including café operations, catering, retail, and guest engagement — while maintaining alignment with the client’s brand standards.

 

The manager leads frontline teams, partners closely with culinary leadership, supports executive‑level events, and ensures operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Responsibilities include staff development, service quality, safety and compliance, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a polished hospitality presence, strong operational acumen, and the ability to deliver a consistent, elevated, and branded dining experience across a dynamic corporate campus.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Daily Operations — Oversee café, retail, and catering operations to ensure a seamless, elevated, and branded guest experience.

  • Develop Service Teams — Train, coach, and mentor frontline staff to deliver consistent hospitality and high service standards.

  • Partner With Culinary Leaders — Collaborate with chefs on menu execution, service flow, and high‑visibility events across the campus.

  • Ensure Service Excellence — Maintain white‑label service expectations, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve issues with professionalism.

  • Drive Safety & Compliance — Uphold food safety, sanitation, audit readiness, and corporate policy compliance across all service areas.

  • Support Financial Performance — Assist with labor planning, inventory oversight, and cost‑control initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.
