As the Senior Director, Technology Enablement, you will lead the development and governance of standardized offers, commercial narratives, and enterprise content strategies that support business growth, client retention, and operational excellence.
This highly collaborative role serves as a strategic connector across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, Digital, Product, and Proposal teams to ensure solutions are market-ready, financially sound, operationally executable, and positioned effectively in the marketplace.
You will transform complex technology, digital, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI capabilities into compelling client value propositions, helping teams articulate the impact of Sodexo’s solutions in a clear, consistent, and differentiated way.
Reporting within the Tech, Data, Digital & Innovation organization, this role plays a critical part in enabling commercial success by creating scalable offers, compelling stories, and reusable assets that drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
This is a remote role with up to 30% travel and the preferred candidate located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
