Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an energetic, culinary-driven Executive Chef 2 to join our leadership team at Foundation Medicine's state-of-the-art corporate campus in Boston, MA.

What You'll Do

As the Executive Chef 2, you will partner closely with the Executive Chef 4 to support all culinary operations across the campus. This leadership role is approximately 80% hands-on, making it ideal for a chef who loves being in the kitchen, developing teams, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of all culinary operations
  • Assisting with menu development, recipe execution, and culinary innovation
  • Playing a key role in a growing, high-end catering and conference services program
  • Managing purchasing, inventory control, and product ordering
  • Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of 6 hourly culinary employees
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation
  • Ensuring efficient production and execution across multiple service areas

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
