Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a high‑profile regional portfolio, serving as the primary HR liaison to the client and a trusted advisor to operational leaders across multiple sites. This pivotal role blends hands‑on regional execution with strategic multi‑site leadership, focusing on high‑volume recruitment, labor relations, employee relations, and payroll management. It is a highly visible opportunity to influence decision‑making, guide leaders, and elevate the employee experience across a diverse and fast‑paced region.

 

In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to regional leadership while driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy for our frontline teams. You will lead high‑volume recruitment efforts and ensure strong pipelines across multiple locations. You will oversee employee relations and investigations with a balanced, people‑first approach, while managing labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievance handling.  You will manage employee relations and investigations with a fair, people‑first approach, while supporting labor relations through contract interpretation and grievance handling. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll and HR recordkeeping across all sites and champion HR programs that enhance engagement, retention, and frontline development. Union experience is required, as this role supports unionized teams and collaborates closely with labor partners. Spanish language skills are highly helpful to support and communicate effectively with our frontline employees. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead HR strategy — Guide multi‑site workforce planning, staffing, and organizational needs across a high‑profile frontline portfolio.

  • Drive high‑volume hiring — Build strong, reliable staffing pipelines to ensure every location is fully supported with engaged frontline employees.

  • Champion employee relations — Conduct investigations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a fair, people‑first environment.

  • Manage labor relations — Interpret CBAs, support grievance handling, and partner effectively with union representatives.

  • Oversee payroll and compliance — Ensure accurate payroll, flawless HR recordkeeping, and adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws.

  • Elevate frontline culture — Lead HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, communication, and development for hourly teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
