Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager 2 to join our healthcare team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur, a 295-bed long-term care and rehabilitation facility located on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
Gouverneur is home to one of the largest rehabilitation programs within the NYC Health + Hospitals system, with 100 dedicated rehabilitation beds serving a diverse patient population. Unlike many healthcare facilities, Gouverneur features a decentralized dining model, with resident dining rooms located on each floor and a traditional cook-serve food production system, offering both American and Asian menu selections to meet the needs of its residents.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about resident satisfaction, team development, and delivering exceptional food service within a long-term care environment.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Patient Services Manager 2 will lead a team of approximately 40 union frontline employees while ensuring exceptional meal service, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding resident dining experience.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
