Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coler, a premier long-term care and rehabilitation facility located on Roosevelt Island, New York.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven healthcare leader who is passionate about patient satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, the Patient Services Manager 2 will oversee a team of approximately 90 union frontline employees while ensuring exceptional patient meal service, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding patient experience.
As part of a collaborative leadership team that includes the General Manager, Clinical Nutrition Manager, Food Operations Managers, fellow Patient Services Managers, and client supervisors, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dining services that positively impact patient care every day.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
