Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to support a large, global Corporate Services account based out of Rahway, NJ. This remote leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence strategies that enhance service delivery, standardize processes, and improve performance across a complex, multi-region Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio. The Senior Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize operational processes, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver measurable business outcomes while supporting client and organizational objectives. This position partners closely with account leadership, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders to ensure operational consistency, governance, and innovation across all service lines. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a passion for continuous improvement, operational transformation, and developing high-performing teams. This role requires approximately 30–40% travel to support global operations and key client engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the operational excellence strategy across a global Corporate Services account, driving process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational performance.
  • Oversee operational governance, KPI reporting, and data integrity while translating business insights into actionable recommendations for account leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring sustainable adoption into day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with technology, operations, and functional leaders to optimize digital solutions, reporting capabilities, and operational processes that improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Coach and develop geographically dispersed teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to align strategic priorities, improve contractual performance, and support long-term business growth.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with formal project management or continuous improvement certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading operational excellence, transformation, continuous improvement, or business optimization initiatives within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement, operational standardization, KPI performance, and measurable business results across multi-site or global environments.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with experience leveraging data, dashboards, and reporting tools to influence operational and strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage executive-level stakeholders, and communicate effectively across diverse global organizations.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% to support client locations, operational initiatives, and leadership meetings.
