Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support culinary operations at Pembrook Hill School Dining. The Soush Chef will deliver exceptional food quality, customer service, and team leadership. The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, supervising culinary staff, and creating a positive dining experience for guests. This role requires strong culinary expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to Sodexo's values of service, quality, and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop culinary staff.
    Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established recipes, standards, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure proper food storage, handling, and inventory management practices.
  • Monitor food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
    Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
