General Manager 4 - Food

Sodexo is seeking a qualified General Manager 4 to join our team in serving the U.S. Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC.  You will work within a Mess Hall among the many that wake up every day to train and defend our country.  Our operations teams strive to provide healthy, balanced meals with variety and excitement - providing a memorable experience combined with compassion and comfort while they are away from family and friends.  If you have the passion, skills, and desire to work with the very best, IT WOULD BE AN HONOR TO HAVE YOU JOIN OUR TEAM!

• Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations; a solid manager/leader who is perceptive and has attention to details that make a difference – quality and presentation of food – customer service –
• Be SERVICE focused– including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment.
• Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;
• Demonstrate proven financial acumen/success: Food costs/ labor costs, budgets.
