Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the daily operations of patient meal services across multiple patient care units
  • Oversee both HealthTouch bedside dining technology, room service dining, and traditional patient meal delivery programs
  • Supervise, coach, and develop frontline employees while promoting engagement and accountability
  • Ensure employees have the resources, equipment, and support needed to deliver outstanding service
  • Establish and reinforce operational standards focused on quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  • Conduct patient rounding and build strong relationships with patients, nursing leadership, and hospital stakeholders

  • Monitor service performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational excellence
  • Foster strong partnerships with hospital leadership while supporting Sodexo's culture of inclusion and collaboration
