HCA Florida Gulf Coast is a 282 bed acute care hospital. HCA continues to grow as the community grows. The Executive Chef 3 at this location will manage a team of approximately 50 Sodexo employees, and be responsible for the facilities culinary programs which include utilization of their new "EFY" (Expressly for You) patient dining program, the cafeteria, retail services, catering and fine dining services, doctor's lounge, inventory controls, operations, along with the unit's Safety and HACCP program.
