We are seeking a skilled and reliable maintaince manager to perform general repairs and maintenance such as handyperson tasks on lounge fixtures, repairs, leaks, basic repairs or replacement of light fixtures, replacing bulbs. Duties would include paint touchup, basic plumbing(leaking taps). Placing signage and small equipment, moving equipment and cleaning technical areas.
