Sodexo Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Communications Manager to support Child Nutrition for Fort Worth ISD in Fort Worth, TX, a district of 120+ schools serving more than 70,000 students in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, particularly within the context of promoting National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs, CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), and similar initiatives aimed at improving child nutrition and increasing student participation. In addition, this role will support community outreach programs that promote the Child Nutrition mission. Bilingual preferred, Bachelor's degree required, per client. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.   Responsibilities:-Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote child nutrition programs and Sodexo initiatives-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify key messaging and target audiences for marketing efforts-Coordinate promotional events and activities to raise awareness and participation in child nutrition programs-Conduct market research to understand trends, preferences, and challenges related to child nutrition in public schools-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization-Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including school administrators, parents, community organizations, and government agencies-Stay informed about relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices in child nutrition and school meal programs-Finds ways to maximize the brand impact both internally and externally with all audiences-Coordinates the development and distribution of corporate internal/external communication programs Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nutrition, or related field-Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector-Knowledge of child nutrition programs, school meal regulations, and government food assistance programs-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-Strong creative and analytical abilities-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms-Experience with social media and content creation tools is a plus-Passion for improving child nutrition and promoting healthy eating habits

This position requires a home office and significant travel up to 70% throughout the United States. Candidates should reside in the Central Time Zone. The Senior Manager, HSE Food Manufacturing Audits will conduct first- and second-party audits to ensure food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements of internal and external suppliers are meeting established standards and protocols as outlined by Sodexo Food Safety and Product Quality Assurance. Collect and review multiple data streams to ensure compliance standards outlined in the plan of action are met. This position is responsible for a wide variety of activities to ensure Sodexo’s suppliers comply with our quality and food safety requirements and all applicable regulations, and for developing programs for continuous improvement and prevention of non-conformances.  Key responsibilities include the following:  - Perform food safety audits at high-risk suppliers to Sodexo. Perform internal audits at Off-Site Food Production Facilities - Present findings of the audits to Sodexo leadership in Food Safety/PQA and Supply Management- Develop long term goals for improving and enhancing the program Key qualifications include:  - Bachelor’s degree in food science, meat science or equivalent experience- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing for High-Risk Foods.- Well versed on FDA food code regulations as well as USDA. Previous auditing of these facilities. FWISD’s Gold Seal Early College High Schools promote students’ future success with T-STEM (Texas Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Pathways in Technology programs. Additionally, the district’s Leadership Academies leverage their local university partnership to sustain recent academic gains.  Bilingual a plus.  Minimum of 5 years K-12 child nutrition experience required. Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Identifies training needs. Understands training resources in Division. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress. Monitors effectiveness of programs. Generally delivers training that is pre-prepared. Reports to GM. Position exists only in large or complex units. Responsible for supporting the zero-harm safety program at the unit.   Collaborate with culinary and operations team to identify and conduct in-service training for hourly employees around customer service, marketing, ordering, inventory, food production including recipe and menu compliance in accordance with USDA regulations as well as day to day adherence to HACCP standards.  Assists leadership team in people development for advancement opportunities.  Must be Serv-Safe certified.
