Sodexo is seeking a talented and innovative Retail Manager 3 to join our team at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, NC.  Novant Health NHRMC is a 800 bed teaching facility with a retail outlet.   It’s hard not to love Wilmington when the city has just been declared “The Next Big Thing” by national media as one of the best places to live in North Carolina. The Retail Manager will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, Executive Chef, catering Manager, frontline supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
