If you are a critical thinking Custodial Manager-SWING SHIFT, with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully implementing and maintaining Sodexo systems, this may be the opportunity for you! The successful candidate will:  - Manage the SWING SHIFT 1:00pm - 9:30pm with occasional coverage for other shifts as needed, our leader will provide coverage every other weekend for special events with flex time off during those weeks.  - Be a safety champion- Work flexible schedule, leading teams on SWING AND NIGHT SHIFTS including second and third shifts- Train employees and provide inspections with reporting on team success and challenges- Provide a clean and safe environment for clients customers, visitors, and staff- Understand proper use of all tools including, chemicals, floor care equipment- Develop improvement plans for noted deficiencies- Provide immediate response to client concerns- Be a Hands-On leader, manage by example- Provide leadership and support for all shifts- Be a critical thinker, adapt to a changing environment- Order and maintain proper levels of supply and equipment. We are seeking a leader to oversee 2nd shift (2:30pm -11pm) and manage a team of 20 employees. The successful candidate will need to have great patient, employee and customer service relations and willing to serve in a hands on capacity when needed. Responsibilities include: training, QA inspections, patient interviews, black light inspections, SMS and assisting with projects as needed. This role requires essential travel to 7 off-site locations while supporting a 95 bed main unit. The successful candidate must be able to pass a Drivers License verification to drive a vehicle for this role.     The successful candidate will: - need to have floor care experience;- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;- partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;- effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or- support a diverse and inclusive workforce.Is this opportunity right for you?
