The General Manager 5 will have operational and financial over-site for the food and nutrition department which will require strong financial acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate is expected to be a part of the administration and have the ability to speak with leadership about nutrition & implement necessary changes.  Additionally, they will have direct interaction with frontline staff and administration. Candidate must be able to analyze data, identify trends, and develop creative and effective solutions.   The ideal candidate will be well versed in food service operations, food and labor cost controls, while also having proven success in driving customer results. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical.
