In this role, you will oversee the patient dining program with a strong focus on patient satisfaction, while also supporting retail food operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high food quality, conduct daily patient meal rounding, and demonstrate professional communication skills, along with a passion for delivering an exceptional patient and guest experience. Prior experience in patient services and/or retail management within a hospital setting is preferred.
