Erlanger is also a Level I Trauma Center for adults and the only provider of tertiary care services for the citizens of an entire four-state region, encompassing southeast Tennessee, north Georgia, north Alabama and western North Carolina.  The Patient Services Manager 2 will oversee "At Your Request" (AYR) and “Expressly For You” (EFY) patient meal services. The daily patient census is between 400 to 500 meals served. The successful candidate will: - evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Programs targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction; - oversee daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;- collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;- perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;- exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or- perform management functions that include direct supervision and development of 30 frontline staff. Is this opportunity right for you?
