A successful candidate have a background in Sports Nutrition and will maintain a high level of client satisfaction. The General Manager will assist the Executive Chef in the successful operation of the culinary program for the Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training facility through the creation of nutritionally optimal meals. The GM will work in collaboration with the Sports Dietitians to provide food that is fresh, safe, and appropriate for the needs of players and coaches.
