Sodexo Leisure has an exciting opening for an Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum. This Sous Chef will support culinary for the retail cafe & catering operations at this premier venue.  Key Responsibilities:- support planning & execution of daily food production for cafe, and high-end catering events in a venue of $2.5MIL+;- lead kitchen staff, HACCP, food safety, ordering, inventory; and/or- support Executive Chef in creating standard and specialty cafe and catering menus.  This role may support additional responsibilities will may include ordering, inventory, scheduling and other administrative needs.
