REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or closely related construction and project management field. 1 year of Project Management and/or Construction Management in critical facilities or MEP infrastructure field overseeing complex capital improvement projects. (Acceptable occupations/titles may include, but is not limited to: Project Engineer, Project Manager, Civil Intern/Project Manager). Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes including planning, time management, financial management, quality management, risk management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and recordkeeping.
