Sodexo is seeking a Proposal Coordinator working in our Proposal Development Center in Maitland / Orlando, Florida.   As a member of the Proposal Development Center, candidates for this role must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a well-rounded understanding of the team’s services, expertise and resources. Works independently and efficiently. Candidates should be flexible, professional and maintain a sense of urgency.   As the Proposal Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for print production on a daily basis. Also collection of metrics data as well as entering it into the project management tool to support the creative services team. The successful candidate will possess: - Print Production experience (Vital to this role)- Experience with project management tools (DAM systems a plus)- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - A working knowledge of metrics and analytics highly- Strong communication and organization skills - Strong knowledge with project management technologies, specifically Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)- Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness- A good written, oral and listening skills and undertakes actions to develop them further- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects - The ability to effectively and professionally interact with others Sodexo offers a full array of benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K and access to ongoing training and development programs, tuition reimbursement, plus health and wellness programs.Not the job for you?
