Sodexo is currently searching for an experience Executive Chef 2 to join a Corporate Services account(Seneca One) in Buffalo, NY.  At this location there will be a trendy food hall, upscale catering, conference center, branded coffee bar, office coffee services and micro-markets. This individual would report directly into a General Manager and initiallysupervise roughly 5 Sodexo frontline(hourly) non-union employees but this will grow as we expand. This individual will oversee roughly $2M in annual managed volume but is projected to grow to $3M next year and $7M within the next 5 years. The population will also eventually grow to 4000. We are looking for candidates who are up to date on food trends, someone who can build a team and mentor, upscale high volume catering experience, hotel/casino background as well a strong retail background.
