The Sous Chef will work side by side with our chefs in order to ensure all food is made according to our recipes and that employees are following the program. The Sous Chef will oversee the Main Café in the absence of the Area Executive Chef. The main café feeds about 1000 people total for Breakfast and Lunch. The Café has 4 stations (grill, entrée, deli and salad bar) The Sous Chef will work across all stations but the primary stations would be grill and entrée. Duties of the Sous Chef will include but not limited to:- Will work under the direction of the Area Executive Chef.- Produce food for the Café.- Assist with campus Catering.- Hands on Cooking about 90% of the time.- Assist with Ordering and Inventory This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday schedule.
