Sodexo is seeking a full time Manager 3, Regional Operations Support (ROS) to provide regional support in Environmental Services at Sodexo hospitals and surrounding areas.  This position could last for up to 18 months. If you have experience with successfully presenting to C-Suite Level Leadership, developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms and executing new concepts this position will be the perfect high-profile opportunity! A strong emphasis will be placed on client and customer engagement, strengthening financial operations, growing customer participation, and expanding community partnerships. This will be a virtual position with minimal travel.   The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality and Operational Excellence. The successful candidate will conduct Quality Reviews on client’s usage of Maximo to support Regional Governance, Quality initiatives, and Operational improvement strategy. Strong Background in data management, Lean or Six Sigma process and functional experience. Key Responsibilities:- Provide expertise in the support of generating Service Operations business processes to support segment leadership and site teams by optimizing workflow to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, labor management and materials tracking and cost capture. - Support segment leadership by increasing quality of services and customer experience to continuously improve client partnerships- provide regularly scheduled auditing of system operations for reporting negative trending and to supply tools and resources that promote continuous improvement.- Support Operations team in bolstering client relationships through custom configuration of Maximo and FM Information Systems in alignment and in support of the Asset Management Framework.- Driving the implementation of Maximo CMMS and other FM Information Systems that gain efficiencies and productivity as relates to asset management and FM strategy.- Address end user problems that appear to arise from use of the data networks by scheduling and providing appropriate level of support required to resolve the problem.- Retrieve, analyze data, and develop reports from Computerized Maintenance Management SystemThe candidate we seek will possess the following:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Quality, IT, or similar field- 3 years Maximo CMMS expeirence- Development and application of data management systems – 5 years- Project management – 3 years- Strong Microsoft Office Skills- Advanced Excel Skills required- Operational Experience (preferred not required) – 3 years At Sodexo, we believe every employee should have the resources to be their best.
