Dining operations include the independent living formal dining room, a bistro, 4 household dining models and catering. This Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations for all levels of care and be responsible for the training and development of the culinary team. The typical shift will be 6:00am - 4:00pm, which may vary with every other weekend coverage. We are open to chefs with senior living and/or restaurant/country club leadership backgrounds.
