The Senior Manager 2, Business Analytics Key responsibilities include: - Supports one or more assigned Entegra Systems- Works with Supply Management to understand new Contracts & Exclusions and how it impacts downstream Entegra applications.- Works with Entegra/Supply Management to set up and maintain Client Contracts for pricing, pricing audits, or billing.- Works with Business and Process Owners to document requirements for data processing and system enhancements.- Recommends improvements in processes and procedures to ensure effective, efficient operations.- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality improvement.- Troubleshoots, identifies, and researches anomalies and discrepancies in system data.Qualifications for this position include:- Proficient SQL and Query Building skills are required.- Advance Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling etc.) required.- Ability to work with large amounts of data (+1M rows) is required.- Access database and Microsoft Power BI knowledge preferred.- Ability to work with databases, analyze data, and provide detailed summary reporting of completed data analysis.- Project Management experience is desired.- High attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
