This is a long tenured and well established account for Sodexo, and we currently manage food service operations in 36 locations. This position will work closely with students to provide nutritional guidance and recommendations based on their dietary needs. This RD will provide support to 4 additional accounts in the region. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday daytime hours- no nights or weekends. The ideal candidate will:- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;- Assist in menu development, analysis and management of nutritional information;- Provide leadership and supervision for the on-site food service staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client;- Directs daily operations of food service to ensure operating standards and regulatory requirements are met;- Source the right portfolio of products and services to create the best value;- Collaborate with staff, faculty, parent groups and community leaders to meet wellness goals and implement innovative, hands-on learning programs that incorporate food and nutrition within regular curriculum;- Be proficient with utilizing social media tools;- Be responsible for all special diets required by the district;- Comply with all local, state and federal regulations as it relates to school nutritionIs this opportunity right for you?
