Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day. Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Baptist Health Medical Center located in Little Rock, AR. This manager will be responsible for all retail and catering pieces at the unit, and will manage a team of 35 hourly employees.  With 800 patient beds, Baptist Hospital is the flagship hospital of the Health System. This unit offers 'At Your Request' Room Service, a large retail operation that generates approximately $3.5 million in sales annually and high volume/high end catering.  Will be responsible for main cafeteria as well as 5 additional retail outlets throughout the facility.The successful candidate will:- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid), staff; - provide stellar customer service;- oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;- ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed; - conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands);- maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands);- manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations;- ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place;- manage vendor relationships and compliance; and/or- maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place.Is this opportunity right for you?
