Tracking for training is completed in Excel spreadsheets and other software. Metrics will be tracked, including trends of what types of accidents, incidents, and any costs associated.  This role will Conduct on-the-job training, employee orientation, and identify and conduct training to meet the needs of the departments. This position will be responsible to maintain and monitor records of Training and Safety activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to maintain training schedules and required documentation. ARE YOU THE ONE?
