This position will drive cost-savings and value through continuous improvement of the asset management services deployment processes and teams.   Supports the Hard Facility Management (Asset Management and Engineering) Services of the North America Facility Management Platform and supports the Global Facility Management Platform to define Sodexo’s asset management and engineering (Hard Facility Management) services.   Leads the deployment of the asset management services for all Hard FM operations across all Market Segments (~$400Million in Revenue in North America).  This team is essential to the growth of the Hard Facility Management business. You will directly impact the revenue and profitability of Market Segment accounts. The technical resources from the Market Segments have been relocated into this team to provide consistent, high quality technical strength in on-site operations of the Hard Facility Management business.  This team will support innovations and future improvement in the Hard Facility Management operations across all Market Segments.   For each and every Hard Facility Management account, Sodexo must inventory and catalog every asset (system, equipment, and component) that we operate and maintain.  For each asset Sodexo must determine the criticality and risk of the asset to our Client’s business.  Sodexo must also understand the current condition of the asset to assess our contractual risks and to advise the Client on the proper maintenance and asset lifecycle activities.  These tasks are the foundation for an asset management program and a successful contract with our Clients.  The quality of services for these tasks directly impacts the Market Segment’s on-site contract profitability potential.   This position will design and deliver efficient and cost-effective processes for the deployment of the asset management services for all Hard Facility Management operations across all Market Segments.  This position will manage the teams that will be deployed to each site account to conduct the asset inventory, criticality and condition assessment as part of the Asset Management Services.
