Sodexo is seeking an IS&T Vendor Manager This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern Standard Time Zone The Vendor Manager is responsible for leading the regional Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program: supplier performance management, supplier development and continuous improvement. Will manage the relationship quality with all IS&T suppliers, the review of their performance and management of related risks while ensuring that contractual and service commitments are delivered across IT. Will interact with cross-functional IS&T leadership and all types of IT suppliers providing products or services (consultant, software vendor, hardware provider, freelance resource, advisor, outsourcer, third-party maintenance…). Will collaborate with the Global Vendor Management Office to define, implement and ensure adherence to Vendor Management guidelines, processes, performance metrics, communication and collaboration. The successful candidate will:- Define and Lead the strategy for selecting and consolidating suppliers- Work with the IT Buyer and Category Manager to define and adjust the IS&T outsourcing policy, ensuring its application and the effectiveness of its implementation- Coordinate the contract negotiation strategy- Track and benchmark suppliers on criteria of growth, quality, volume, competitive advantage, price, risk by specifying and implementing tools and methodologies.- Make Vendor management reporting in partnership with the purchasing team, contract managers and operational principals by specifying and implementing tools and methodologies.- Analyze uses and anticipate business units requirements to optimize future procurement and predict future discussions with suppliers- Coordinate interfaces between supplier management and other processes (e.g. Demand Management)- Gather and monitor information related to performance- Evaluate on an ongoing basis the supplier performance regarding compliance with cost objectives, on-time delivery, quality requirements, accurate reporting, user satisfaction and any other SLAs or KPIs laid out in the terms and agreements- Produce performance reports- Share and broadcast performance reports to all relevant stakeholders (supplier, IS&T sponsors, Global Vendor Management Office, IS&T solution owners, IT buyer, contract manager…)- Coordinate meetings with the supplier to discuss and engage on improvement actions if required- Track improvement action plan- Act as Escalation point of contact in case of deviations from suppliers- Support operational teams on SOW creation, review and negotiation with strategic suppliers- Be responsible for Vendor accountability regarding contracted deliverables, budget and resources.- Classify the suppliers and prioritize the relationships- Organize regular meetings with strategic suppliers- Establish a development plan for the strategic suppliers- Coordinate the onboarding of suppliers and provides relevant Sodexo’s documentation- Establish the right contacts and interactions with the suppliers- Prevent and handle conflicts with suppliers- Identify and mitigate risks related to suppliers- Work and collaborate with the Global VMO to steer and monitor supplier performance and to implement the Vender Management processes and procedures.- Share with the Global VMO on a regular basis the strategic supplier performance in the region.- Be responsible for managing total investment over time with each vendor. This involves tracking volume commitments, revenue rebates, recurring costs, final cost, initial cost, hard-and soft-dollar savings and financial commitments relating to each vendor engagement.- Identify, assess, and mitigate vendor-related risks to protect the organization’s reputation and assets. The role provides technical leadership in architecture and engineering of these platforms with focus on security patching and hardening of infrastructure platforms. Sodexo seeks an experienced Senior Application Deployment Specialist, who will be directly responsible for managing the Maximo CMMS program for several of our client sites in North America. The Senior Application Deployment Specialist works closely with IT and Global Development partners to gather requirements, as well as participate in testing and utilization training for all Sodexo branded solutions for our Facilities and Hospitality Services.
