Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3/Director of Culinary for TCU in Fort Worth, TX.  The Director of Culinary will create elegant and sophisticated culinary experiences that exceed culinary and service expectations while enhancing client program objectives for TCU in Fort Worth. Totaling 11 units within the university.  The Director of Culinary will be responsible for all culinary operations and standards for resident dining, retail, catering and sports and leisure.   Ideal candidate will possess stellar culinary proficiency, have a passion for quality and the ability to drive outcomes through interdependent working relationships with site specific Sodexo leadership and chefs and managers.     The selected individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day dining services operations and implementing Sodexo standards. This Manager position may serve as the Executive Chef, will offer support to include training new Chefs, and hard-wiring our standard operating procedures. The qualified candidate will have extensive culinary knowledge and a degree in Culinary Arts or similar is desired.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing dining services operations, have a valid Serve Safe Certification and prior university food service experience preferred.   You will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative retail food, resident dining and catering culinary solutions that drive client and consumer satisfaction, client retention, sales, and segment profitability goals.
