Sodexo, a world leader in quality of life services, is seeking two (2) District Managers to manage and grow Environmental Service Operations accounts for a new region expanding our business within the Seniors Segment. The successful candidates will provide strategic leadership as well as providing direct support to local systems in one of the following states; One for the state of Indiana and One for the state of Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for self driven individual to bring out their leadership skills and demonstrate their ability to build a strong team, deliver financial results they directly manage, establish partner relationships with existing and new clients to assist in the growth & retention of their business with showing proven accomplishments. The successful candidates will be responsible for multiple locations depending on geographical location with approximately $25 million in managed volume. 5-10 years background in Environmental Services Management is desired. Strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and frontline leadership. Change management skills. Internal and External customer relations expertise. Environmental Services background in Senior Living is desired. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful financial acumen are essential. Previous multi site responsibility and sales exposure is desired as well. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geography through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development. Works with clients and RVP in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the assigned accounts in conjunction with the account GM. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: - Strong Environmental Services technical operations expertise, knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value    - Strategic thinker to connect best practice solutions to proactively serve client challenges- Account management capabilities to influence client stakeholders- Business development skills  to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite- Financial acumen to effectively manager portfolio’s P&LEnvironmental Services; (1) Texas, (1) in Indiana

This Hospital is a part of the Tenet Hospitals and this unit currently has a $300-$400k in retail sales, with room for growth.  The average daily eating census is about  74.   This 112 Bed hospital is in a lovely little town just east of Dallas. We have a room to grow retail operation that has a $250k average annual revenue. One Cafe location and one We Proudly Brew location. This position will oversee caterings as well, with an average of 4-5 caterings per week. Drs. Dining lounge has a hot breakfast and cold lunch menu offering. This account will be going under a complete kitchen and cafe renovation and will grow the account up to 228 beds. Reporting to our General manager, you will lead the culinary team and will plan, organize and manage the daily food production in the hospital. Our Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the culinary operations for all food outlets including patient dining, café and catering services.
