The Multi- Service offerings are FNS (Food and Nutrition), EVS (Housekeeping), HTM (Biomed Equip), FM (Facilties Management), and Construction. The Accountant will report directly to the Finance Director within the Healthcare Segment at the Client location, with dotted line reporting to service line leaders.  We are looking for candidates with the ability for:- management support of unit financials including but not limited to spreadsheets, databases, Evision and UFS, Oracle, SSI and overall invoice processing and payments;- provide financial and analytical support for operations and service level finance to assist in financial decision-making process;- Supports the weekly/monthly/quarterly/year-end close process to ensure accuracy and integrity of results at the unit level;- supports the periodic closing and analysis by working with the finance team to ensure that local activities are properly accounted for in the period and adequately explained- supports the budgeting and forecasting activities - Adhoc support with developing, preparing and analyzing financial client reports needed for month end close, planning, budgeting, cost control, invoicing etc;The ideal candidate will:- have strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures, familiarity with accounting processes of a large company, strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in finance related computer applications;- have the ability to apply GAAP and IFRS, internal policies and procedures, and provide objective accounting judgment in the production of accurate and reliable financial reports for Sodexo and its clients;- support customization of non-standard operating statements, executive summaries and centralized billings;- have the ability to develop working relationships with field operators and the ability to interpret, analyze and explain financial information – this includes understanding financial data and accurately interpreting financial statements and reports, identifying the key factors;- excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, and an ability to respect deadlines;- minimally, a 2-year degree is required

Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams. Overall, this role will: -be the Lead Administrative Assistant within Nutrition Services-Direct Admin for General Manager-Assist 200 plus staff, managers/ supervisors (30 plus) visitors and patients-Maintain Databases and administrative duties for staff members (including HR issues)- perform functions in various software applications, including creating flyers/forms etc.- support the Main office phone/mail/ordering supplies, etc.- perform office and project management/scheduling/vast administrative duties   The Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting the team that could involve a wide variety of situations involving clerical and administrative functions within the office.  This role will also need to be flexible to support other departments as business needs arise with special projects or duties.  This is a Day Shift schedule (7:00am or potentially 8:00am start time) and will have interaction between the frontline staff and our client, so a professional demeanor is paramount.  The ability to keep all information confidential will be an imperative requirement of this role.
