Partner with business leaders & HR teams across the organization to assess business needs and then evolve/reinforce/bring to life relevant people strategies that align to business maturity. *Remote Role Responsibilities: - Responsible for IS&T applications architecture, design, development, deployment, and support related to NorAm HR, Labor, Payroll projects and systems including EV4, SodexoLink, Ingenium, iCIMS, compensation, benefits, Kronos (UKG), ADP, Canada payroll, Reporting from EDW for labor/payroll related data, CAP, SEW, LMS, others- Leads technical architecture and master data management (labor/payroll related) to ensure integration between Labor and operational systems, and the connection/integration to central systems (SAP, HRIS, DRIVE, Maximo)- Responsible for implementing standard systems across NorAm region and maintaining alignment with Group standards.- Work collaboratively with business counterparts with executive oversight to security roles, integrations, and other shared systems within Sodexo NorAM- Technical Project Management - expertise in project management including project planning and estimating, project budgeting, staffing, change control, and status reporting- Work as a force of proposition in the implementation of orientations and guarantees the achievement of the fixed objectives as well as takes accountability for the CORE Model.- Identify and marshal resources (people, funding, support, etc.) to ensure the HCM project is within scope are initiated and completed.- Build strong cross-division relationships and partners that will help inform people strategies across all technology divisions- Understand and apply external HR trends, specific to emerging technologies and operating models to decide the most valuable opportunities to continuously improve HR operations and service.- Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve and connect systems to provide a more seamless customer experience- Propose large IT evolutions aligned to the strategy decided by the CIO/Head of activity.- Oversee testing of new system features and releases with IT counterparts, accountable for IT delivery at a minimal cost.- Creates and maintains IS&T budgets and negotiates contract terms for all associated systems and services.Role Specific Competencies include:- 10 years’ relevant functional HCM Portfolio Management- 10 years’ leadership experience- Product contract management (suppliers’ hardware & software) & operational monitoring- Business analysis- IS&T& Business strategy alignment (includes planning & Annual Budget Process)- Functional Application management- Application development, support, and maintenance- IT Project Management- Quality Assurance Management- Stakeholder / relationship management- Processes, methodologies, and tools- Resource Management (Planning, allocation)- Governance Management- Financial & Investment Planning (CAPEX / OPEX)- Spend Management (Invoicing controlling)- Be accountable of budget for the application team- Build/run solutions with a global reach- Customer Focus - proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success and ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with business and IT stakeholders- Be able to work with different disciplines (Finance, IT, Business & Operations, External Vendors)- Ability to influence change across a matrix organization and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions- Leverage subject matter expertise to advise on HR data and technology-related matters across the organizationBudgeted Salary: $130,000-170,000

Sr. Director Infrastructure Management- NorAm IS&T This position reports to the Sodexo VP, IT Operations and Infrastructure with a primary responsibility to lead a team of professionals to deliver Systems Architecture, Implementation and support of Sodexo’s Infrastructure Systems across multiple disciplines such as Windows, Unix, SAN, Backup/Recovery, Disaster Recovery in both on-premise and cloud scenarios. The role has responsibilities in a Global shared IT infrastructure with interactions and potential multi-national teams.  This can be a remote-based position with the ideal candidate based in the Eastern time zone.  Relocation is available for this role.  The successful candidate will have strong track career track record in areas outlined below:  Strategic  - Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals with a mix of on-site, remote, offshore resources responsible for providing highly available infrastructure services   - Ensure the strategy is well defined, socialized and budgets support the objectives  - Ensure that Systems Architects have solid procedures and established partnerships with other IT architecture disciplines to design Sodexo systems according to Business requirements, in line with established standards  - Responsible for influencing and setting technical standards for all infrastructure and compliance to standards is assured - Implement an effective and validated backup/recovery and disaster recovery infrastructure according to established framework and SLA’s complete with data protection and recovery technologies, processes, procedures, and controls  - Establish relationships with strategic partners delivering IT services to ensure strong partnerships and value  Operational - Ensure that systems are properly built and supported, remaining available, stable, and secure - Ensure that SLA’s are met for infrastructure systems, according to business requirements - Ensure that all infrastructure systems have a roadmap to remain supported, relevant and that timely/effective technical refresh and system upgrade initiatives are planned and implemented on time - Protect all data via effective patching, configuration, storage, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery techniques - Design and implement practical and effective processes and continuous improvement initiatives  - Ensure teams are properly resourced, skilled, organized and collaborative - Prepare required tracking reports and dashboards, managing priorities and deliverables   - Responsible for ensuring compliance to IT standards and industry best practices  - Ensures all Implementation initiatives follow established Change Management, Quality and PMO processes - Maintain and forecast appropriate spare capacity for growth and new project deployments   Fiduciary - Establish and manage a budget, track expenses, and perform periodic forecasting - Track accurate equipment and licensing inventories - Perform leadership responsibilities including staff performance reviews, development, and succession plans - Ensures that commodities are dispensed judiciously, are well accounted for, and billed accurately Is this opportunity right for you?
