Responsible for budget, forecast and spend management across multiple cost centers. Manage external partner relationships, notably providing IT service desk support, contract terms and SLA attainment for all services. This position will provide strategic oversight over two corporate locations (Cheektowaga, NY and Gaithersburg, MD).
