Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve the most complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.- Provides guidance to the business partners on the usage of the systems and counsels on whether enhancements are necessary to support a new use, either internal to a tool or through new integrations.- Work with various team members to gather and document required details to establish project proposals to be presented for approval.- Experience with own Retail Applications from strategy, roadmap, deployments, support- Experience designing and/or support ETL processes- Comfortable with batch scripting to automate tasks to simplify daily processes- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets- Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA documenting complex issues and tracking progressWe are looking for candidates who possess:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- 5 years of experience as an Applications Architect- 3 years project management skills- Awareness and use of project management disciplines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members- Food application experience highly preferred At Sodexo, we believe every employee should have the resources to be their best.
