The CMMS/Technology Specialist is responsible for providing overall reporting data account’s performance as per the KPI Matrix as well as from technologies offered. Under the direction of the Business Governance Leader, the ideal candidate will deliver data relating to the KPI reporting and manages the technology offerings as well as implements new technology, and business solutions to facilitate the delivery of IFM services. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive Knowledge/Train the Trainer level of Maximo and Sodexo/Roth command center systems- Provide first line technical support, asset management and quote management.- Working Knowledge of Client DOA and PO process- Consistent Interaction with account team ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service, in terms of initial response (e.g. via telephone, email message), accurate recording of requests for service and escalating problems before they become issues- Schedule and dispatch all scheduled Preventative Maintenance work for enterprise- Research and correct any anomalies to ensure KPIs are met- Manage the work order through to completion to ensure proper completion and adherence with SLA and escalate any issues- Proactively maintain the Maximo data and perform consistent and frequent asset data management- Working knowledge of the WANDO suite of services- Project management of WANDO implementation in partnership with IS&T against contract timelines and customer expectations- Attend all relevant project meetings (Maximo, Wando and customer Project meetings) and maintain Sodexo specific calendars for projects- Project reporting to key stakeholders- Responsible for all purchasing enterprise-wide- Rigorous Management of results- Build Strong relationships and trust with site teams- Strong and professional communication skills-written and verbal- Proactive follow up and response to internal customers and external customers- Ability to conduct comprehensive and professional technical training to Sodexo and customer- Ability to report consistently between unit management and command center management- Strong knowledge around reporting and formatting against KPI metrics supporting the client custom dashboards as well as adhoc reporting as requested- Ability to manage the Site Leaders and technicians with regard to expiring tickets- New vendor set up tracking in conjunction with Vendor management team- Manage customer Desktop as a Service (DaaS) program for Sodexo staff enterprise wide and provide training and assist with training and communicate updates to the program Is this opportunity right for you? Sodexo is seeking two Senior IT Program/Project Managers to be responsible for executing a collection of projects to achieve the program objectives and optimum results, in compliance with the requirements formulated in the business case and in the program and project charter(s), in terms of quality, performance, cost, delivery and security. The candidate may reside anywhere in the Northeast. You will be accountable for maintaining the progress and the productive interactions of the program and project stakeholders to reduce or eliminate the overall risk of failure of the project. You will also be liaising regularly with the program and project sponsor(s), program and project steering committee(s) and Project Management Office to provide the relevant level of reporting and information required for decision-making. Experience with project management of mergers and acquisitions desired.
