This role will support both HTM office and in unit operations. Responsibilities will include Tier 2 support of both software and hardware issues. Systems supported include both client\server model and cloud based solutions. This position will maintain regular contact with vendors for CMMS software updates and servicing including the escalation of problems and staying informed about the need for system upgrades or new enhancements to the technologies in use. Training will be provided to assist with gaining an advanced understanding of the systems. The Technical Support Analyst will also handle miscellaneous duties in support of our teams, such as analyzing reports for discrepancies, performing basic IT troubleshooting to resolve computer or printer errors, and providing or facilitating basic PCI. As the Technical Support, you will provide daily operational support related to technology.- - Monitor, resolve, or escalate system issues.- Perform quality assurance testing of new hardware and software.- Provide root cause analysis on reported problems.- Provide trouble-shooting for network, hardware, or software issues within the network- Assist in the administration of servers, operating systems, updates, anti-virus and routine maintenance An ideal candidate will have:- Experience in a ServiceNow environment is a plus- Hands-on experience in a client server environment- Technically proficiency hardware & configurations: networking & security: Windows Server 2008- Technical proficiency with Microsoft operating systems- Ability to learn new software and hardware, team-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven- Ability to work rotating on call schedule. The role is also critical to be able to help protect the company from legal and regulatory exposure, as Information Security supplies the SME expertise for the controls required to do business the government, financial, education and healthcare business segments. In addition, this position will be responsible for helping to implement mandated global information security controls to meet Sodexo’s security directives.
