You can devise a relevant approach to maintain and keep secure our Azure ecosystem, and you can also issue security requirements for IT projects, especially those aimed to create Digital Service Data/AI Platform. The mission of the Architect is to:- Define technical and functional security pre-requisites in main cloud projects, in line with IT and information security strategies, notably regarding digital identities, cloud integration and data technical platform- Review Azure Cloud services and propose security requirements in line with the Sodexo IS&T Security Framework- Contribute to the definition, drafting and roll-out of security policies, directives, and guidelines- Manage cloud security projects (identification and formalization of requirements, testing and selection of solutions, contract negotiation, implementation)- Support entities in deploying security solutions taking into account business requirements (internal business owners, clients, BU CIOs, internal control, internal audit, external auditors, …)- Provide assistance to regions and BU's to migrate and/or deploy workloads in Sodexo public cloud- Assess security risks and define appropriate security measures and processes in main business projects to protect data and systems prior go-live and roll-out- Analyze business and IT requests impacting information and systems security in the Sodexo public cloud, and propose mitigating measuresThe successful candidate will possess the following: - BS in Computer Science or Information Security, MS in Computer Science or Information Security is preferred.- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Information Security (consulting, audit, architecture)- At least 3 years of experience with public cloud (Azure preferred)- Strong technical background (network, system, database, application)- Experience and knowledge in risk assessment methodologies (ISO27005, eBIOS, etc.)- Cloud certifications/trainings are preferred (e.g. MS AZ-500, AZ-30x, SANS SEC545)- Information Security Certification is a plus: ISO 27001, CISSP or CISM or other equivalent- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to convince, and interact with people at all levels of the IS&T organization- Excellent organization and writing skills At Sodexo, we believe every employee should have the resources to be their best. The successful candidate is skilled a communicator with strong technical acumen, works with stakeholders and technical partners to deliver products.  This is a *Remote Role* and candidates can live in any state! Key responsibilities include: - Lead PM for collecting, prioritizing and delivery of all Retail Commerce deliverables (Stibo, API, ETL)- Program Owner for POS integrations requirements and specifications- Provides expertise, advice, support, information on Retail Commerce activities- Oversee Run Support model to ensure execution and processes are documented and being followed- Work closely with Retail Commerce Architect to coordinate monitoring and run support tools and methodologies to trace Menu Data flowing from enterprise to multiple POS providers- Anticipate and resolve risks that may impede success and work with team members to influence partners to achieve project goals- Assist with QA & UAT requirements and execution - Selects and creates appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes meet project specifications- Leverage existing skills to enforce strong release management discipline with internal resources - Work with business to develop roadmap for all RC related activities- Oversees the creation, review & delivery of end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy- Participates, leads and assess project design of solutions, build Project Plan, any initiative to connect to Retail CommerceThe successful candidate will possess the following:  - Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in managing IT enterprise systems and applications- Proven record of critical thinking, execution and holding yourself and stakeholders accountable for delivering on primary objectives- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects; comfort working in a fast-paced environment- Ability to influence strong discipline with software development lifecycle practices including requirements analysis, project management, release engineering, configuration management, Problem tracking and resolution- Experience designing and/or support ETL processes- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.- Ability to work with the technology team to understand the technical constraints and develop a plan together- Excellent verbal and written communications skillsAt Sodexo, we believe every employee should have the resources to be their best.
