Sodexo’s Creative Services department is the epicenter of excellence for Sodexo’s sales proposal messaging. The Senior Proposal Projects Manager will act as project manager on IFM/Integrated Facilities Management and Mega projects. Candidates for this position must be able to manage multiple projects, objectives and continually shifting deadlines, and operate with a sense of urgency. Our fast-paced, high-pressure environment occasionally requires extended hours due to strict client-prescribed deadlines. This position requires advanced competencies in the execution of internal client requests ensuring on-target, on-time, and on budget delivery if sales materials.  Our ideal candidate will have a 3-5 years of experience managing RFPs, and FM/Facilities Management operations experience.
