We’re looking for an Associate Business Development Representative based remotely who is excited to help find opportunities, wants to learn and grow, and is interested in advancing their own career with Sodexo!   This is a Remote Role based in Austin, TX!  The Associate Business Development Representative will support the Corporate Services segment in targeted account development for Food and Facilities Management services in key sectors to help grow new business revenue. They will be responsible for outbound outreach to new clients in order to pre-qualify, build, and nurture pipeline for Segment Sales.  The Associate Business Development Representative will grow this new business by identifying and working a target list of prospective clients through phone, email, social, web and other digital applications to generate qualified opportunities. Sodexo’s Senior Services business segment is seeking a Client Life Cycle Manager, who will drive retention and enable sustainable/profitable growth by ensuring execution of ‘one plan’ for all contracts in the assigned portfolio.  Reporting to the VP, Client Life Cycle Management, the Client Life Cycle Managers will collaborate and drive Operations to elevate partnerships with clients, facilitate development of District Managers/Client Executives from a purely execution focused mind-set to a client/consumer-centric growth mindset, and act as project managers to ensure quality and execution of ‘One Plans’ for each contract. This person will be actively working within our Seniors Services accounts throughout the East coast as well as the Northeast.  Ideally, we'd like the selected candidate to reside in the DC, Philadelphia, NYC, Boston areas.  This is a travelling position, with up to 60% travel. This is a virtual position with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $125,000, plus bonus, car allowance, great benefits, 401k, 3 weeks paid vacation, and more! Key responsibilities include:- Track execution of relationship management and operations activities through accounts’‘One Plans’ by ensuring completion of Transition Meetings, Annual Expectation Meetings (AEMs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), etc.- Ensure quality of relationship management activities- Counsel Operations on relationship management best practices- Provide direct relationship management support during key contract milestones- Provide direct relationship management support to distressed accountsPreferred qualifications:- Experience in leadership roles with ability to influence and effect change in a matrixed organization- Experience managing teams and multiple concurrent processes- Strong written & verbal communication skills- Experience and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams- Sodexo experience is a plus, as is prior Healthcare industry experience- Experience and active participation in Operations and Sales Processes- Deep understanding of industry, client, and consumer pain points
