This position will manage high level catering events for business meetings, luncheons and dinners.  Candidates must be detail oriented and have experience with managing others in a food service / catering teams in a professional work environment. Candidates must understand the importance of providing excellent customer experiences every time and will be capable of making decisions that best reflect the Catering Department, Sodexo, and most importantly our client. This manager will oversee 5 Sodexo frontline (hourly) non-union employees and directly report into a General Manager. This individual will oversee roughly $750k in catering volume.
