You will be responsible for outbound outreach to prospects in order to pre-qualify, build, and nurture the sales pipeline as well as develop outbound account-based campaigns on a more complex basis in conjunction with Marketing and Segment Sales The ideal candidate will:- Identify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, web, social, and internal systems (Outreach.io)- Work Closely with Field Sales Team to advance opportunities- Prospect and build pipelines for target market- Role could develop into opportunity to close smaller opportunities as team grows and develops- Attend, participate, present and lead in team, segment, and other relevant reoccurring meetings- Participate in selection process of new associates; assist in on-boarding and mentoring associate level, rep level and peer level employees as we build the team- Conduct internal knowledge transfer/trainings as we build the team- Meet target quota The ideal candidate will have:- Very strong work ethic, self-motivated – proven ability to meet or exceed quota while working remotely- 2+ years of prospecting or sales experience- Ability to partner and collaborate with cross functional teams- Experience working in Food Service or Facilities Management Services helpful- Outbound prospecting experience- Experience running lead generation campaigns and multi-touch cadences- Experience collaborating with a field sales team with lead handoff- Experience working with Salesforce.com, App savvy: Smart with technology, Chrome extensions, video, chat, and other sales productivity tools Additional keys to success: - Demonstrated experience presenting, communicating and delivering your thoughts with power- Ability to initiate and nurture collaborative relationships with segment sales and marketing leaders - Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, including ability to manage multiple, concurrent sales cycles - Excellent verbal, written, communications and presentation skills- Forecasting and delivering results that meet/exceed plan- Full proficiency of pipeline management and dashboards.- Work Ethic - proactively pursue opportunities with high energy/stamina with demonstrated passion for your solutions, customers, and goal attainment- Desire to expand professional knowledge of product and sales skills- Strong organizational, planning and problem skills- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel and Outlook- Ability to influence and gain alignment and support from others Sodexo offers a full array of benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K and access to ongoing training and development programs, tuition reimbursement, plus health and wellness programs.  Not the job for you? Sodexo is seeking a Director, Operations - Proposal Development Center (PDC)  The Director, Operations - Proposal Development Center (PDC)  oversees the print management, intake, state registration, segment directors, and project management teams. This role is part of the PDC’s executive team and participates in the strategic direction of the overall team. The director is responsible for creating process improvements and team efficiencies. The director will also have overall responsibility for the intake and project management software for the department. The Director of Operations is responsible for managing efficient department workflow, capacity planning, end-to-end process, traffic management, and team business operations. This position oversees the capture of key metrics and reviews, analyses, and distributes vital department statistics to leadership and stakeholders. The director is responsible for supporting his or her peers within content and design in managing senior client relationships, creating workflow efficiencies, and providing full-service support to clients maintaining high-quality standards despite pressing deadlines. This position works with peers and senior leadership to review annual budgeting and forecasting process, monthly reporting and analysis, and staff justification.
