This Food Manager will be responsible for the combination of retail food/resident dining. Duties include: Employee scheduling (up to 25 employees), training, ordering/inventory, cash operations, payroll, brand standards, service standards and customer service.

Sodexo Education is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to assist with managing a large food nutrition program for Keller Independent School District (KISD), a showcase account located in Fort Worth, Texas. Keller ISD is a premier school district with 42 schools and over 35,000 students.

 

The Food Service Manager will oversee food service operations at 13 schools within the district.  

Day to day, this role will be responsible for overseeing the Breakfast and Lunch Programs, as well as overseeing cafeteria operations.  Specific duties will include supervising front of the house operations; employee training/development; hiring/staffing; marketing.

 

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with stellar communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience managing a food service team in an education environment is strongly preferred.  Exceptional client relations and team building skills a must! Candidate will be expected to visit various school sites on a daily basis
